Schedule: Monday to Sunday, shifts between 8 AM 7 PM (40 hours/week)

What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Success Specialist, youll be the voice of support and positivity for our Italian-speaking clients:

• Deliver top-notch assistance via phone, email, and chat

• Solve issues with a customer-first mindset

• Keep clear records using our CRM tools

• Collaborate with teammates to hit support goals

• Grow in a dynamic, people-focused environment

What You Bring

• Native-level Italian + C1 English

• Currently living in Malta

• Experience in customer service? A plus, but not a must!

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• A strong desire for stability, growth, and impact
