Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle truck and bus-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support customers during roadside incidents (e.g., flat tires, engine issues)
  • Create and manage cases in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with dealers, technicians, or third-party providers when needed
  • De-escalate customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Answer questions related to products, services, and general company information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on cases
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (written & spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of roadside assistance or automotive services
  • Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools is a plus
  • Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
