Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle truck and bus-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Support customers during roadside incidents (e.g., flat tires, engine issues)
- Create and manage cases in the CRM system
- Coordinate with dealers, technicians, or third-party providers when needed
- De-escalate customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Answer questions related to products, services, and general company information
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on cases
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written & spoken)
- Good command of English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of roadside assistance or automotive services
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools is a plus
- Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
