Finnish Speaker – Search Engine Support (Language Job | Lisbon)

On-site role + Company-provided accommodation

We are recruiting Finnish-speaking Customer Support Associates for the Search Engine / Technical project in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical tasks, problem‑solving, and supporting users in a technical environment.

About the Role

You will assist users with search‑engine‑related enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and efficient support experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.

Location & Work Model

• On-site in Lisbon
• Training at home
• Company-provided accommodation (shared apartment, utilities included)
• Relocation support included

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00–17:00
• Weekends off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary Package

• 1,500 € gross x 14 months
• Attendance bonus: 120 € x 12 months
• Additional internal benefits may apply

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish (mandatory)
• Good English level
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in technical or search‑engine environments
• Availability to relocate to Lisbon
