You will join a multicultural team responsible for reviewing online content and ensuring compliance with platform policies. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy structured work, consistency, and contributing to a safer online environment.

What You Will Do

• Review and evaluate online content (images, videos, text, URLs)
• Identify violations such as hate speech, harassment, and harmful content
• Ensure pages meet advertising and policy standards
• Escalate cases using internal tools
• Maintain high quality and productivity levels
• Support English workflows when required
• Adapt to different content types depending on business needs

Training & Onboarding

• Full-time training (8h/day), in English
• Includes product training, tools training, customer management and on‑the‑job practice
• Preliminary contract during training; 12‑month employment contract after successful completion

Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00–18:00
• Contract: Portuguese employment contract
• Holidays: Up to 20 days in the first year; 22 days from the second year
• Health insurance: From day one
• Meal allowance: Paid via card
• Relocation package: Guaranteed for candidates moving from abroad

Monthly Gross Compensation (Example for 22 Working Days)

With Apartment:

• Base salary: 784 €
• Apartment benefit-in-kind: 200 €
• Christmas allowance: 65,33 €
• Holiday allowance: 65,33 €
• Meal allowance (7 €/day): 154 €
• Total Package Compensation: 1268,67 €
• Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1068,67 €

Without Apartment:

• Base salary: 957 €
• Christmas allowance: 79,75 €
• Holiday allowance: 79,75 €
• Meal allowance: 154 €
• Total Package Compensation: 1270,50 €
• Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1270,50 €

Contract Details

• Temporary contract during the final recruitment phase
• 12‑month Employment Uncertain Term Contract after approval
• Possibility of permanent employment after 2 years

• Meal allowance via debit card
• Holiday & Christmas allowances paid monthly

• Social Security tax: 11% flat rate
