Danish Speaker – Customer Service (Language Job | Remote – Portugal)

Remote | Full‑time | Monday to Friday | Weekends off

We are recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Service Associates for a remote position based in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving issues, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

About the Role

You will support customers by handling enquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive service experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.

Work Model

• Remote position (within Portugal)
• Training at home
• Relocation support available

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Rotative shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
• Weekends off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary Package

• 1,500 € gross x 14 months
• Attendance bonus: 80 € x 11 months
• Complexity bonus: 80 € x 11 months
• Additional internal benefits may apply

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (mandatory)
• Good English level
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Availability for rotating shifts
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
