Czech Speaker – Customer Advisor (English B2 minimum) – Relocation Lisbon

Location: Lisbon (onsite) Hybrid and Remote (from Portugal) Options 

Contract: Full‑time 

Languages: Czech C2 + English B2 (minimum required) 

Relocation: Available for candidates coming from abroad

Role overview: We are looking for a Czech‑speaking professional (C2 level) with solid English communication skills (minimum B2) to join an international Customer Advisory team. The role involves daily contact with customers, process support, issue resolution and user guidance in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email or chat
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with an international team
• Maintain clear, professional communication at all times

Mandatory requirements:

• Czech C2
• English minimum B2
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in Portugal
