We are urgently recruiting Operations Customer Experts – Short Video Content Moderators to support a major social media project for the Italian market. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who want to build an international career while benefiting from a complete relocation package to Portugal.

Role Overview

As a Short Video Content Moderator, you will ensure a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing user‑generated content across videos, images, comments and posts. You will apply platform guidelines, identify violations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Daily tasks include:

• Reviewing and evaluating videos, images, text and audio
• Identifying and removing content that violates community standards
• Moderating comments, posts and appeals
• Labelling and classifying content
• Ensuring compliance with legal and platform guidelines
• Reporting trends and recurring issues
• Collaborating with policy, compliance and legal teams
• Working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment (nights, weekends, holidays)

Important: This role may involve exposure to sensitive content (violence, vulgarity, explicit material, misinformation).

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus
• Adaptability to frequent policy updates
• Professionalism when handling sensitive content
• Previous experience in moderation or social media is a plus

Relocation Package — Fully Covered

A complete relocation programme is provided, including:

• Accommodation in a company apartment (utilities included)

• Eligibility for accommodation for candidates living 100+ km from Lisbon

Salary Conditions

Monthly gross compensation (example for 22 working days):

With Accommodation

• Total package (incl. benefit‑in‑kind): 1,059.33 €

Without Accommodation

• Total gross cash: 1,262.33 € cash.

Additional notes:

• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly
• Health insurance from day one of contract
• Meal allowance paid via prepaid card
• Apartment benefit‑in‑kind is tax‑free until 31 December 2026
• Income tax varies by personal profile; Social Security is 11%

Working Conditions

• 40h/week, rotating shifts (24/7)
• 8h/day + 1h lunch break
• Portuguese public holidays apply
• Compensation day for holidays worked
• Up to 20 days of holiday in the first year (proportional), 22 days thereafter
