We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists for the Italian market to join an international support team based in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving issues with clarity and empathy, and working in a structured, service‑oriented environment.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users by providing clear information, resolving enquiries and ensuring a smooth experience across phone and email channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering guidance, processing requests and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and email enquiries
- Providing accurate information and clear guidance
- Supporting customers with account‑related or service‑related questions
- Requesting and updating customer documentation when needed
- Processing orders and coordinating follow‑up steps
- Ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Fluency in Italian C2 and English B2
- Strong communication and customer‑care skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
Relocation Package — Fully Covered
A complete relocation programme is provided, including:

Salary Conditions
Monthly gross compensation (example for 22 working days):

- Base salary: 776 €
- Apartment benefit‑in‑kind: 200 €
- Holiday allowance: 64.67 €

- Total package (incl. benefit‑in‑kind): 1,259.34 €

Without Accommodation
- Base salary: 1,061 €
- Holiday allowance: 88.42 €

- Health insurance from day one of contract
