We are recruiting Czech-speaking Customer Support Associates for the ByteDance GEC CS project in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy supporting users, solving issues, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
About the Role
You will handle user enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.
Location & Work Model
- On-site in Lisbon
- Training at home
- Company-provided accommodation (shared apartment, utilities included)
- Relocation support included
Work Schedule
Phase 1:
- Monday to Sunday
- Rotative shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
- 2 rotating days off
Phase 2 (later):
- 24/7 rotational operation
- Rotative shifts
- 2 rotating days off
Salary Package
- 920 € gross x 14 months
- Attendance bonus: 45 € x 11 months
- Additional internal benefits may apply
Requirements
- Fluent Czech (mandatory)
- Good English level
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Availability for rotating shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
