Czech Speaker – Customer Support (Language Job | Lisbon)

We are recruiting Czech-speaking Customer Support Associates for the ByteDance GEC CS project in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy supporting users, solving issues, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

About the Role

You will handle user enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.

Location & Work Model

  • On-site in Lisbon
  • Training at home

  • Relocation support included

Work Schedule

Phase 1:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Rotative shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
  • 2 rotating days off

Phase 2 (later):

  • 24/7 rotational operation
  • Rotative shifts
  • 2 rotating days off

Salary Package

  • 920 € gross x 14 months
  • Attendance bonus: 45 € x 11 months
  • Additional internal benefits may apply

Requirements

  • Fluent Czech (mandatory)
  • Good English level
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
