 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email

• Help customers find the perfect travel experiences

• Assist with bookings, modifications, rates & availability

• Deliver exceptional service that makes a real difference

 What We're Looking For

• Fluent Croatian + English 

• Minimum high school diploma

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B (6+ months preferred)

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using computers and online tools

• Based in Greece or willing to relocate quickly

• Must have EU passport
