We're Hiring: Polish Customer Support Agent (LIS3)
Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, chat, email & social media
• Help with inquiries, pre-sales & basic technical issues
• Deliver top-quality service with empathy and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent Polish (C1–C2)
• Good English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills & positive attitude
• Customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)

Important:
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is required
