About the Role:
Mercor is looking for UK or Europe-based Generalist Experts to help train and evaluate frontier AI models.

In this role, you'll review a variety of professional materials—including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written content—and evaluate them for quality, accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

Your feedback will help improve how AI systems understand, reason about, and produce real-world professional work.

What You'll Do:

• Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and similar materials.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback and ratings.
• Compare and rank AI-generated outputs against defined criteria.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reasoning or formatting.
• Apply project guidelines consistently when evaluating content.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the UK or Europe.
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment across varied subject areas.
• Comfortable working independently with common productivity tools such as documents, slides, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to clearly explain your reasoning and make objective evaluations.

No prior AI or machine-learning experience is required. Training, guidelines, and project context will be provided.

Contract & Payment Terms:

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.
• Payments are made weekly through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
• The role does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from other employers, clients, or institutions.
• Mercor is currently unable to support H-1B or STEM OPT candidates.
