Your Role

As a Customer Technical Advisor, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system
• Resolve complaints following company policies
• Meet response and resolution SLAs
• Troubleshoot issues using tools and training provided
• Provide solutions to common technical problems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• Native / Fluent French
• English level C1
• Typing speed: 20 WPM
• Strong communication & active listening skills
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
• Must have EU passport
