Contract Type: Fixed-Term (CDD), 6 months
Salary: 1,100 per 14 months, 180 additional per 12 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts (06:00 to 22:00)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Overview:
As a Website Solutions & Customer Service Representative, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to website solutions. You will be expected to provide high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills in German and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
