Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Rotational shifts:
  • Shift 1: 9:00 to 17:00
  • Shift 2: 10:00 to 18:00
  • Shift 3: 11:00 to 19:00

Salary: 1,760 per month × 14 payments/year

We are seeking a talented Sales Inbound Representative fluent in German and English to join our dynamic team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inbound sales inquiries professionally.

• Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist and guide customers through the sales process.
• Manage customer queries and deliver exceptional service in both German and English.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as scheduled.
