Job Title: Operations Customer Expert I

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Operations Customer Expert I to provide exceptional customer service over the phone in Italian. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively addressing and resolving their issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide B2C customer support for private customers, handling inbound calls.
  • Assist customers with device issues, subscription problems, billing inquiries, and more.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by being empathetic, understanding, and helpful.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 768 per month
  • Christmas Allowance: 64 per month
  • Holiday Allowance: 64 per month
  • Meal Allowance: 7 per day (approximately 154 per month)
  • Total Package Compensation (including Benefits-in-kind): 1250 (with apartment) or 1251,83 (without apartment)
  • Apartment Benefit-in-kind: 200 (if living in a company-rented apartment)
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day one of the Employment Contract.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: 40 hours weekly (8 hours daily with a lunch break) on a rotational shift pattern from 6:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Holidays: Aligned with Portuguese public holidays, with compensation days for work on such days.
  • Trial Period: One month after contract signing.

Training:

  • The training period is 15 working days, 8 hours per day.
  • Training includes:
    • Integration into the team.
    • Training for new computer software programs.
    • Comprehensive product training.
    • Customer management training for telephone.
    • On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.
  • The training period will be proportionally compensated for those who successfully complete it.
