About the Role

As our Customer Support Assistant, youll be the central point of communication for our customers, representing our dedication to service excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and inbound phone calls.
• Resolving customer questions, issues, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer service breakdown: 9095% email & chat support, 510% inbound calls.

What Were Looking For

Key skills and qualifications to help you succeed:

• Fluency in spoken and written German (required).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sports (wed love to hear about your passion!).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong typing skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Bonus: Prior experience in customer serviceadvantageous but not required.
