Position Overview

We are seeking German-Speaking Travel Experience Advisors to join our dynamic customer service team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role involves providing professional and empathetic support to travelers through phone, chat, and email channels, addressing inquiries such as account creation, communication issues between guests and hosts, and general complaints resolution.

Key Details

Start Date: 4th April 2025
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)
Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: Shifts between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM (8 hours per day).

Job Responsibilities

As a Travel Experience Advisor, your role will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries professionally via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assisting with account creation and resolving related issues.
  • Facilitating effective communication between hosts and guests to address concerns.
  • Managing customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of all customer requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • 3,200 BGN per month (gross), paid across 14 months.

Additional Benefits:

  • Rental Assistance: 300 BGN monthly rental allowance during the contract duration (rental prices in Bulgaria typically range between 250400 depending on location).
  • Flight Reimbursement: 150 BGN (reimbursed upon arrival or with your first salary).
  • Real Estate Administrative Support: Assistance to help you secure housing.

Training Process

  • Duration: 4 weeks, on-site.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day.
    Comprehensive training will cover tools, processes, and procedures specific to customer service in the travel industry.
