German Customer service (relocating to Bulgaria)

Job Posting: German + English Full-Time Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking motivated German-speaking candidates with advanced English proficiency for a full-time on-site role starting on 14th April 2025. This position focuses primarily on email and chat support (95%).

Position Details:

• Work Schedule:
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Late shift)
  • 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night shift)
• Location: On-site
• Training Period: 2 weeks (standard working hours) + 1-week nesting (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM). Additional transport and night shift payment included.

Benefits:

• Sign-on Bonus: 2000 BGN gross for successful German-speaking hires joining on 10th March or 14th April 2025 (locals only).
• Salary: 3800 BGN gross per month.
