Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage communications and swiftly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Serve as a brand representative, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written German. Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Interest in sports.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

- Schedule: Full-time position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Sunday.
