Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Manage communications and swiftly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Serve as a brand representative, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written German. Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Interest in sports.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
