Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers across various communication channels, resolving inquiries, and improving the overall customer experience through feedback and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns with empathy, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
