As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners to improve their advertising strategies and drive business growth. Your expertise in Google Ads will help optimize digital campaigns, ensuring clients achieve their objectives with the best possible return on investment.
This role is target-driven, where youll be working towards individual sales targets while contributing to a larger team effort aimed at expanding the client base across the EMEA region. You will play an integral part in shaping the online marketing environment in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement creative strategies to improve client and agency relationships, providing performance-enhancing recommendations and upselling Google products.
- Consultative Sales: Offer strategic advice to clients, helping them get the best ROI on their advertising investments. Collaborate closely with businesses and agencies in a consultative role.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet assigned sales quotas while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Communication: Proactively communicate with clients through phone calls, video conferences, and emails to discuss and resolve digital marketing queries and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team that collaborates effectively to drive business goals and exceed performance expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level German and the ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC campaign management and optimization.
- 0-1 year of sales experience with a strong desire to grow in this area.
- Familiarity with Google products, such as Google Ads, AdSense, and YouTube.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising with a keen interest in learning and developing professionally.
