Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide top-notch assistance to customers while helping them resolve their inquiries effectively via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to customers in French, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team members to improve customer service processes and share insights.
- Problem Resolution: Manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
Contract Details:
- Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of an additional 12 months based on performance.
- Permanent Contract Potential: After two years of successful employment, there may be an option for a permanent contract.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Structure:
- Base Salary: 941.00 per month gross for candidates not opting for accommodation; 768.00 per month gross with accommodation, plus a 200 accommodation benefit (in-kind).
- Additional Allowances:
- Christmas Allowance: 78.42 per month (gross).
- Vacation Allowance: 78.42 per month (gross).
- Meal Allowance: 7.00 per day, or 154.00 per month.
- Relocation Assistance:
- Accommodation: Fully furnished shared apartments available for international hires for the first 14 months.
- Comprehensive Relocation Support: Assistance with residency and social security processes.
- Health Care: Access to the public health system in Portugal upon successful completion of training.
- Annual Travel Benefit: Eligibility for a round-trip flight to your home country (within Europe) after one year of successful employment.
- Initial Training: A training period lasting between one to four weeks, during which you will receive 185.60 per week.
- Vacation: Up to 20 days of annual leave in the first year, with 22 days in subsequent years.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
- Work Permits: For non-EU citizens, a valid work permit or residency document is necessary to work in Portugal.
- Technical Requirements: A smartphone (Android 8.0 or iOS 12 minimum) is required.
