Technical Customer Support Specialist (Italian + English)

Location: Oriente, Lisbon

Contract Type: 6-Month CDD (Fixed-Term Contract)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Base Salary: 1000 gross

  • Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 14,000

  • Performance Bonus: 120/month (1,440/year)

  • Meal Allowance (net): 7.23/day (1,908.72/year)

  • Transport Allowance: 20/month (240/year)

  • Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)

  • Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16,148.72 plus a performance bonus on top 1,440/year

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0020:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:0017:00

  • Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.

  • Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.

  • Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

  • Language Skills: Native Italian with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.

  • Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.

  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.

    • Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
