Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Base Salary: 1000 gross
Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 14,000
Performance Bonus: 120/month (1,440/year)
Meal Allowance (net): 7.23/day (1,908.72/year)
Transport Allowance: 20/month (240/year)
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16,148.72 plus a performance bonus on top 1,440/year
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0020:00 (rotational shifts)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:0017:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.
Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Language Skills: Native Italian with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
