Are you passionate about technology and business development? We are seeking a driven Tech Business Developer Representative to join our dynamic Sales Development team. In this role, you will identify and develop sales opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and drive new business through innovative outbound campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly Key Performance Metrics while maintaining daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects for both new business and upselling.
- Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers effectively.
- Educate customers on cloud solutions and the value they provide.
- Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails, focusing on building relationships with C-level decision-makers.
- Analyze prospects pain points and gather technical requirements to propose suitable cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals regarding productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree; a technical degree is a plus.
- Native or highly proficient in Danish, both spoken and written.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or business development, specifically in outbound sales within the IT sector.
- Knowledge and understanding of the cloud landscape and solutions.
- Capability to connect business needs with appropriate technological solutions and exhibit strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working against quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is desirable.
- Self-motivated with an analytical mindset and proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals.
- Strong organizational skills, including pipeline management and time management.
