Role Overview:
As an Operations Customer Expert I, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing top-tier customer support for a prestigious fashion brand. Your role is pivotal in handling inbound and outbound interactions to ensure customer satisfaction across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen actively to customers questions and concerns, offering effective and tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and share detailed information on orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Provide expert advice on fashion products and make informed recommendations.
- Engage with customers via phone and written communication in both Italian and English.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Advise customers with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Working Conditions:
- Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Friday (07:30 AM to 08:00 PM)
- Days Off: Weekends
- Public Holidays: Follow Portuguese holidays with compensation days for working on holidays
- Vacation: Up to 20 days in the first year, increasing to 22 days in subsequent years
Compensation:
- Monthly Gross Compensation: 1,250
- Base salary: 768
- Christmas allowance: 64
- Holiday allowance: 64
- Meal allowance (7 per day): 154

- Apartment Benefit: 200 (for those residing in company-provided accommodation)
- Health Insurance: Provided from day one
- Meal Allowance: Tax-exempt, paid by debit card
Training:
- 10-day training in English covering product knowledge, customer management techniques, and software tools integration.
Additional Benefits:
- Accommodation in company-rented apartments, with expenses paid for those living beyond 100 km from the workplace.
- A trial period of 1 month following contract signature, with performance evaluations.
