About the Role:
As a Customer Support Advisor for a renowned travel company, you will play a key role in understanding and addressing the needs of our international customers. Your main responsibilities will include listening, responding, and mediating between travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the globe, all while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Clarifying customer inquiries related to services, payments, and technical issues
- Providing accurate information through both email and phone communication
- Following set processes to resolve customer issues efficiently
What Were Looking For:
- Native Danish speaker with advanced English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and spoken)
- Comfortable using Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to tackle tricky customer challenges
- A positive, motivated attitude with a strong goal-oriented work ethic
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business processes
- Familiarity with accommodation platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment is a plus
- Ability to work from the office and remotely (within 100 km from the office)

Working Hours & Contract:
- Full-time contract (39 hours/week) with fixed working hours and two days off per week.
- Rotating Shifts: 09:00 - 20:00 (Monday to Sunday).
- Temporary to Permanent Contract: Start with a temporary contract, which will evolve into a permanent one based on your performance and business needs.
