Were looking for German-speaking candidates with good English proficiency to join our dynamic Customer Support team!

Job Details:

• Working Days: Monday - Sunday
• Shift Options:
  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  • Part-Time Positions: Flexible scheduling available

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary:
  • 3800 BGN gross (mainly email & chat support, 95%)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • 2000 BGN gross for all successful German hires joining on 10th March or 14th April 2025
• Additional Benefits for Night Shift:
  • Transport allowance for night hours
  • Enhanced salary for night shifts

Training and Nesting:

• Duration: 2 weeks training + 1 week nesting
• Training Schedule: Standard working hours
• Nesting Schedule: Night hours (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German and English
• Reliable communication skills
