Job Description:
We are seeking a French-speaking customer service professional to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will support the French market by assisting customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. No prior experience is necessary, and full training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in French (C1 or above level).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is not required, but prior experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, customer-oriented attitude and a team player.
- Flexibility to work in a shift pattern, including weekends.
- Availability: Must be available to work in rotative shifts between 08:00 and 23:00, with two days off per week (rotative).
