Job Description:

We are looking for a German-speaking professional to join our team in Santos, Portugal. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with or without prior experience in contact centers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and other service-related requests.
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve department goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure all customer data is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with company guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Language: Native or Fluent German (C1 or above level).
• Experience: No prior contact center experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
