Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to provide exceptional technical support to Enterprise customers for various products and services. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 1,026.00/month gross.
- Holiday Allowance: 85.50/month gross (paid in monthly installments).
- Christmas Allowance: 93.83/month gross (paid in monthly installments).
- Meal Allowance: 103.84/month tax-free (via meal card).
- Total Monthly Gross Salary:
- Without Room: 1,300.84.
- With Room: 1,417.50 (includes rent and utilities provided for international applicants).
Note: Taxes will be deducted based on Portuguese law, including:
- Income tax (approx. 11.5%21.5%, depending on social status).
- Social security (11%).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support to Enterprise customers via phone and online channels.
- Take ownership of customer cases, define the scope of issues, and conduct detailed investigations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve cases or escalate issues to higher-level teams (e.g., Engineering or Management).
- Maintain service levels and ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering solutions.
- Document your technical work and proactively address customer concerns before they escalate.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 in Enterprise environments, especially Exchange Online.
- Foundational knowledge of Networking, Protocols, Authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell.
- Experience with:
- Directory synchronization tools (DirSync, AD Connect).
- DNS (record creation, DNS management, troubleshooting).
- Active Directory (FSMO Roles, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services).
- Network capture and analysis.
Training Details
- Duration: 4 weeks, conducted in English (8-hour days).
- Includes:
- Integration into the team.
- Software training for new computer programs.
- Product knowledge and customer management training for phone, email, and/or chat interactions.
- On-the-job training and implementation of acquired skills.
Compensation:
- 92.80/week paid at the end of training.
- Employment contract signed after successful completion of training.
Working Conditions
- Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotational shifts from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm.
- Public Holidays: Employees observe Portuguese public holidays and receive compensation for working on those days.
- Contract:
- Initial 12-month temporary contract.
- Renewable for another 12 months.
- Permanent contract offered after 2 years.
Relocation Package
- Fully furnished accommodation for up to 14 months (utilities included) for international applicants living more than 100 km away.
- Reimbursement of flight costs to Lisbon and one annual flight home.
- Complete administrative support to help with relocation and settling in Lisbon.
