Job Title: Customer Service (German Speaking)

Location: Lisbon

Job Type: On-Site, CDD (6 months)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotative Shifts)
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Well cover Uber expenses up to 25.00 to ensure you can commute and start your shift at 06:00.

Salary:

  • Base Salary: 1100 per 14 months
  • Additional Benefits: 180 per 12 months

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
  • Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design is mandatory.
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and web design.
