Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 days rotational

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1100 (14 payments/year)
  • Performance Bonus: 135 (12 payments/year)
  • Meal Allowance: 120 (12 payments/year)
  • Welcome Bonus: 3000

Job Description:

As a Search Engine/Technical Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide technical support to customers in German regarding search engine-related issues.
  • Resolve technical inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams where necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards through rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1/native level).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts on-site in Lisbon.
