Job Title: Content Moderation
About the Role:
We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. This role involves the critical responsibility of reviewing online advertisements within a streaming service platform and removing inappropriate content to ensure compliance with local legislation and project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and Moderate: Examine advertisements to ensure they are appropriate for the target audience.
Content Management: Remove ads that do not align with local legislation, such as content targeting underage users.
Continuous Improvement: Work towards enhancing the users content experience and contribute to the services moderation guidelines.
Schedule:
24/7 Availability: Work in rotational shifts changing on a monthly basis.
Shift timings: 8 am - 5 pm, 2 pm - 11 pm, 11 pm 8 am
Requirements:
Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be available to work on-site.
Language: Proficient in Norwegian.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Base Salary: 16,800 / year (approx.)
Language Premium Bonus: 235 per month.
Meal Allowance: 7,63 per workday (net amount).
Transportation Bonus: 720 annually.
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
Total Monthly Salary: Approximately 1,400 + benefits.

A two-month training agreement followed by a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.
