Position Details
- Role: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative
- Languages: Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is an asset
- Contract Type:
- 12-month employment contract, extendable for an additional 12 months
- Opportunity for a permanent contract after 2 years of service
Salary Details
Option 1 - Without Company-Provided Housing:
- Base Salary: 941/month (gross)
- Food Allowance: 154/month (paid via a debit card)
- Christmas and Holiday Bonuses: 78.42/month each
- Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,251.84/month
Option 2 - With Company-Provided Housing:
- Base Salary: 768/month (gross)
- Housing Benefit (for candidates living more than 100 km away): 200/month
- Food Allowance: 154/month (paid via a debit card)
- Christmas and Holiday Bonuses: 64/month each
- Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,250/month
(Note: Housing benefit includes rent and utility bills if you stay in company-provided housing.)

- Private health insurance starting from your first day of employment, in addition to standard Portuguese social security coverage.

Your Responsibilities
- Respond to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional and dynamic communication style to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Selection Process
