Job Details

• Contract Type: 40 hours per week, 2 days off (not necessarily consecutive).
• Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, extendable for an additional 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
• Training Compensation: Paid initial training period (185.60 per week, net after taxes).

Salary and Compensation Details

The salary structure includes two options, depending on whether housing is provided or not:

Option 1: Without Housing

• Base Salary: 941.00
• Christmas Bonus: 78.42
• Vacation Bonus: 78.42
• Meal Allowance: 154.00 (7.00 per day)
• Total Package Compensation: 1,251.84 (including all benefits)
• Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,251.84

Option 2: With Housing

• Base Salary: 768.00
• Housing Benefit-in-Kind: 200 (covers rent and utilities)
• Christmas Bonus: 64.00
• Vacation Bonus: 64.00
• Meal Allowance: 154.00 (7.00 per day)
• Total Package Compensation: 1,250.00 (including all benefits)
• Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050.00

Additional Benefits

• Private Health Insurance: Provided by Allianz, paid by the company, starting from the contract signing.
• Annual Flight: After 12 months of successful integration, employees receive a complimentary round-trip flight to their home country (within Europe).
• Language Courses: Free Portuguese language courses available after 3 months of employment.
• Housing Support: Fully equipped shared apartments provided for up to 14 months.

Holidays

• First Year: Up to 20 days of vacation, depending on the month of contract signing.
• Subsequent Years: 22 days of vacation per full year worked.

Required Documents

• Valid ID (passport or ID card with at least 6 months validity).
• Work/residence permit (for non-EU nationals).
• Academic certificates (minimum high school diploma).
• Criminal record (less than 3 months old).
• Bank details (IBAN and SWIFT).
• Proof of recent employment.
