Job Title: Operations Customer Expert 

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Customer Expert I to join a dynamic multilingual team. This role is centered on supporting travelers, primarily in the Italian market, and providing effective solutions related to reservations and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing complex requests with a positive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Solutions: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, assisting with issues related to reservations, including changes, cancellations, or complaints.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle urgent and unforeseen issues promptly to minimize customer disruption and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, hotels, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve complex requests.
  • Communication: Foster efficient, professional relationships with customers through phone and email, primarily in Italian and occasionally in English.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve customer service quality and contribute to team success.

Training and Development

  • Training Program:
    • Duration: 20 working days (8 hours/day).
    • Content: Team integration, system training, product knowledge, and customer management techniques.
  • Compensation: Fully compensated training period without social security charges. Employment contract signing follows successful training completion.

Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (08:00 20:00).
  • Public Holidays: Work on holidays is compensated via additional days off.
  • Vacation: Proportional vacation allowance in the first year, up to 20 days annually.
  • Bonuses: Includes holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to the base salary.
  • Location: Based in Lisbon, Portugal, at a modern and collaborative office space.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 768 per month.
  • Total Compensation Package: Approximately 1250 (inclusive of allowances and benefits).
  • Health Insurance: Coverage begins on the first day of employment.
  • Meal Allowance: Provided via a debit card.

  • Relocation Support: Company-rented, fully furnished apartments available for employees relocating over 100km from the workplace.
  • Trial Period: A one-month trial period is in effect post-contract signing. Performance during this period determines long-term employment.
