About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative specializing in Customer Success Account Management who can communicate fluently in German and English. Join our modern, open-space premises located near the Intercontinental Hotel and Generali Insurance building in central Athens. Easily accessible via public transport, just 20 minutes from nearby hotel areas.

Work Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 7:00 PM)
  • Rotating shifts: 917 / 1018 / 1119
• Work Model: Hybrid (combination of onsite and work-from-home)
• Training: 3 weeks

Working from Home Guidelines

• Company-provided desktop for remote work; traveling and working from another location (outside Greece) is strictly prohibited unless manager approval is given.
• Internet speed must exceed 25 Mbps (tested at fast.com). If lower performance is observed, working onsite may be required.

Relocation Information

• Relocation Support:
  • Up to 300 reimbursement (flight ticket or other relocation costs - included in 1st payment).
  • 3 weeks of accommodation in a hotel near the office (after 3 weeks, no further assistance with housing).
  • Legal support for hiring documents (Candidates must gather required documents).
• Requirements for Relocation:
  • Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date.
  • Employees relocating must work onsite for the first 3 months, unless they already have a permanent residence and reliable internet within Athens.

Benefits

• Salary: 1,760 x 14 (annual package includes 12 monthly payments + 2 bonus payments for Easter, Christmas, and summer).

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent contract
• Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Requirements

• EU Citizenship or Residence card with full market access.
• For remote roles, internet speed test (+25 Mbps) is mandatory.
