Position Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives fluent in German and English to join our team for an exciting role. This is an on-site position requiring exceptional communication skills to assist customers via email and chat support. Full-time and part-time positions are available, making it ideal for students or professionals seeking flexible options.

Key Details

Start Date: 14th April 2025
Location: On-Site (specific location to be confirmed)
Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: Employees can choose from the following shift options:
    • 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (Late Shift)
    • 5:00 PM 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Additional part-time positions are available.

Training Period:

  • Duration: 2 weeks of standard training + 1 week of nesting.
  • Schedule: Standard working hours for training; nesting shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Night hours include additional payment and transport coverage.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide support primarily via email and chat (95% of tasks).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with account creation and technical issue resolution.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Follow protocols, uphold service level agreements (SLA), and document work thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to resolve complex issues.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • Monthly Base Salary: 3,800 BGN gross.

Sign-On Bonus:

  • 2,000 BGN, awarded to successful German hires joining the project on 10th March or 14th April 2025.

Required Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with good English communication abilities.
