Contract Type: CDD (Fixed-term Contract) - 6 months
Work Schedule:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Including Bank Holidays)
    • Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM 08:00 PM
  • Days Off: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
    On-Site: Yes

Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: 1,100 per 14 months
  • Additional Benefits:
    • 100 per 12 months for health insurance
    • 100 per 12 months for meal allowance

Role Description:

A leading company in Lisbon is currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team starting February 6, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in German, passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service via phone, email, or chat in German.
  • Addressing a wide range of customer concerns, including issues related to product information, order management, troubleshooting, and general customer inquiries.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and KPIs while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all communications, creating positive and lasting relationships with customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • German: Native or near-native proficiency is essential for this role.
    • English: Conversational proficiency required for internal communication.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a team while also being able to work independently.
    • Highly adaptable, able to manage changing customer needs and fast-paced situations.
    • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
