Job Description: Customer Service (French) - Lisbon

Position: Customer Service Representative (French Market)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) - 6 months
Start Date: 20th March 2025
Salary: 900 per 14 months (with additional benefits)
Additional Benefits:

  • Bonus: 100 per 12 months
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)
  • Days Off: Sunday and one additional rotational day off
  • On-Site Position

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Representative for the French market, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or chat in French.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs effectively and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
