Position Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives fluent in German to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is an on-site role requiring excellent communication and customer care skills to address inquiries, support account creation, mediate communication between stakeholders, and handle complaints effectively.

Start Date: 16th April 2025
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: Rotative shifts between 06:00 AM and 09:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days per week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries across various channels (Phone, Chat, and Email).
  • Assist with account creation, resolve technical issues, and address customer complaints.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and professional resolutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company protocols and service standards to meet customer requirements effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • Monthly Salary: 1,100 (paid across 14 months).

Additional Bonuses:

  • Performance Bonus: 50 per month
  • Welcome Bonus: 3,000 (German market), valid for contracts signed before the end of May 2025 for full on-site participation in the B&M (Brick and Mortar) project.

Training Process

  • Duration: 4 weeks (on-site), full-time, 8 hours per day.
  • Training Components:
    • Integration and team building
    • Tools and software training
    • Product and service expertise
    • Hands-on job training

Training compensation is provided for attendance and successful completion; this amount is tax-exempt. Those who drop out of training prematurely will not receive compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with good English communication abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and days off to meet business needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to de-escalate customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
