Job Description: Customer Service Advisor (French-Speaking)

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist with product or service questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide efficient and accurate solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Log and document all customer interactions with attention to detail.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company guidelines and processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Languages:
- Native-level French (written and spoken).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Key Attributes:
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Additional Requirements:
- A smartphone compatible with Android 8.0 or iOS 12.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Options:
- Without Accommodation:
- Monthly Gross Base Salary: 941.00
- Christmas Bonus (pro-rated, monthly): 78.42
- Holiday Bonus (pro-rated, monthly): 78.42
- Meal Allowance: 7/day (~154.00/month, tax-free).
- Total Gross Package (monthly): 1,251.84
Additional Benefits
- Paid Training:
- 37.12/day or 185.60/week during the training period (14 weeks).
- Training includes product and service knowledge, tools, and support techniques.

- Subsidized shared company accommodation (280/month deduction).

Work Schedule
