Position Details:

Start Date: April 14, 2025

Location: On-Site

Work Schedule:

Choose from the following options:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Late Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
• Part-Time Opportunities: Available on flexible schedules

Training & Nesting:

• Training Duration: 2 weeks of standard working hours
• Nesting Period: 1 week for full-time employees (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM for night shifts; additional transport and compensation provided)

Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus: 2,000 BGN Gross (for hires starting on March 10 & April 14, 2025)
• Base Salary: 3,800 BGN Gross
• For night shifts, additional compensation and transport support are included

Job Responsibilities:

• 95% Email & Chat Support: Assist customers efficiently via written communication
• Provide high-quality service to resolve inquiries and issues professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to work flexible shifts or part-time hours
• Open to students with 2 weeks of training and flexible nesting schedules
