Job Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Italian and English through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with the use of insulin pumps and related accessories.
- Offer technical guidance for device connectivity to smartphone applications.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the SAP CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Training and Compensation:
- Training Duration: 20 working days at 8 hours per day, in English.
- During Training Compensation: 18.56 daily, totaling 92.80 weekly.
- Monthly Gross Salary:
- With Apartment: 1,250
- Without Apartment: 1,379
- Additional benefits include holiday bonuses, health insurance, and meal allowances.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 40 hours/week on a rotational schedule (07:00 to 22:00).
- Trial Period: One month with performance evaluations.
- Location: Headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
Additional Information:
- Employees can stay in company-furnished apartments for the first 14 months.
