Job Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Italian and English through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with the use of insulin pumps and related accessories.
  • Offer technical guidance for device connectivity to smartphone applications.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in the SAP CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Training and Compensation:

  • Training Duration: 20 working days at 8 hours per day, in English.
  • During Training Compensation: 18.56 daily, totaling 92.80 weekly.
  • Monthly Gross Salary:
    • With Apartment: 1,250
    • Without Apartment: 1,379
  • Additional benefits include holiday bonuses, health insurance, and meal allowances.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 40 hours/week on a rotational schedule (07:00 to 22:00).
  • Trial Period: One month with performance evaluations.
  • Location: Headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

Additional Information:

  • Employees can stay in company-furnished apartments for the first 14 months.
