Italian Speaking Reservations Agent
The Reservations Agents will primarily assist customers over the phone with queries related to the businesss services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls from the market, converting as many calls and inquiries as possible into sales.
Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling, and quality) set by the Market Manager and Team Leaders.
Communicate relevant customer feedback to Team Leaders to help improve service quality and customer experience.
Track on-request reservations and provide effective support to customers.
Work collaboratively as part of a team, stimulating and motivating others while being responsive to team members needs and concerns.
Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls, ensuring maximum inquiries are converted into sales.
Deal with customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
Strong sales and/or customer service skills from prior experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the required languages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Word processing skills, with the ability to type at least 25 WPM.
Working Schedule and Contract
Salary Progression:
1st Month (Training & Practice): 5.60 per hour.
From 2nd Month: 7.61 per hour (including COLA 2023).
From 7th Month: 7.87 per hour (including COLA 2023).
After 12 Months (Performance-Based): 8.34 per hour (including COLA 2023).
Additional Pay:
Language Allowance (Italian): 1020 annually, paid in monthly installments.
KPI (Performance) Bonus: Up to 2,500 yearly, eligible after 6 months (performance-based).
Contract Type:
Indefinite
Working Hours:
Operating Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
Shifts may range from 4 to 12 hours.
