Roles and Responsibilities

Review online advertisements within the streaming service platform.

Remove inappropriate or non-compliant content as per project guidelines.

Ensure ads are tailored to the appropriate target audience.

Example: Remove soda ads under legislation for children below 12 years old.

Requirements

Fluent in German (mandatory).

No prior experience required. However, content moderation experience (up to 12 months) is considered a plus.

Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: 14,000 *

Monthly language premium bonus: 235

Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (net payment via meal card).

Annual transportation bonus: 720

Yearly target bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.

Total estimated monthly salary: ~1,400 + additional benefits.

Contract Type:

2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.
