Customer Service Specialist (Italian C2 & English B2)

Location: Porto, On-Site
Language Requirement: Italian C2 and English B2
Start Date: 13th February 2025
Working Hours: 24/7 availability with rotative shifts

    • 07:00 - 16:00
    • 14:00 - 23:00
    • 22:30 - 07:30
      Contract Term: 14-month contract
      Salary: 1,000 per month for the duration of the contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service through multiple channels including email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize company software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian at a C2 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Porto.
