Location: remote in Greece

Language Requirements: Italian (C2), English (C1)

Compensation:

Monthly gross salary: 1,100 EUR per 14 months
Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance metrics

Schedule: 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break, 5 days per week, from Monday to Sunday, 09:00-23:00 (Shift rotation applies)

We seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join our dynamic team in Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet individual and team performance targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer acquisition roles preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
