Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday:
  • 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 3 rotational shifts:
    • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1760/month (14 payments/year)

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative CSAM, you will:

• Engage in customer service and account management tasks.
• Support sales efforts by building positive and effective customer relationships.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications in German and English.
• Ensure targets are met while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service quality.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1/native level) and English (C1 level).
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and rotational shifts.
